New Orleans Grilled Fish
(Quick and Easy)

Fish Fillets or Steak
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Italian Salad Dressing
2 tablespoons Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning

Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over fish. Turn to coat both sides of fish.

Cover dish and refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove fish and reserve marinade for basting during grilling.

Place fish on a lightly oiled grill. Cook over hot coals approximately 4 to 5 minutes, baste, turn and repeat until fish flakes easily.
