Pat dry chicken breast and season both sides with Creole Seasoning. Rub seasoning into chicken. Dredge chicken in flour and shake off excess. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add olive oil and heat until just starting to smoke. Add chicken to skillet and cook the chicken about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove chicken to clean plate and set aside. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic to skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until vegetables are slightly wilted. Add chicken back to skillet, stir and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
